Terms of service
MAIN TOS FOR COMMISSIONS AND ART
These terms apply to commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work; therefore, the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.♦GENERAL♦
♦ My art is only for personal use.♦I have the right to post commissioned work on my social media, unless discussed otherwise with the client.♦PAYMENT♦
♦ Commission currencies are in Euro. I only accept currencies that transfer over to Euro, keep this in mind while calculating the final price. Depending on your country's currency the prices may vary slightly.♦ Refunds are not given, please make sure you only send over the payment when you're sure to hire me and we both have agreed on working together.♦COPYRIGHT♦
♦ All drawings will include an artist signature which you may not remove.♦ You can share the art, but you do not claim that you made it yourself.♦ Under no circumstances will I allow my art being used as a NFT.
♦REFERENCES♦
♦Visual references, mood boards, inspiration pictures etc. are very much appreciated!♦ I am okay with working with descriptions, it is okay if there is a lot of back and forth to get the right idea.♦I am okay with basing drawings from in game characters and previous art done! In game skins (Minecraft, Roblox etc.) are perfectly fine.♦For designing OC’s it is best to give me as much description and reference pictures as possible.♦If you have a very specific pose in mind, be sure to send me it or how you want it to look like!
DETAILED TOS FOR COMMISSIONS♦GENERAL♦
♦ My art is only for personal use.♦ If there is anything you want to do that's not on the list, we can always discuss the idea.♦ I am allowed to decline a request if I cannot or don't want do it.♦ I am able to use this commission to promote myself, post it on my social media with a commission watermark and record the progress.♦ If the commission gets stolen by a company, business or anyone and used commercially, I will not blame it on you and will try and help you in the situation to resolve this.♦ Do not edit my work.♦ Commissions can take up to 2-3 months, depending how busy school is and what I am doing for content.♦ My style can change a bit during the process, bear with me.♦PAYMENT♦♦ Payment via Paypal, iDeal or anything supported by Paypal.♦ You agree that you will pay the full price before I send in the final product and that you will not back out last minute.♦ When paying any amount you agree to work together and that there will be no refund.♦ Payments are done in Euro. Keep your currency in mind while commissioning, the prices can go up or down depending on that.♦USAGE OF♦♦ You agree with never using my artwork for your own financial gain and used by a third party. (Usage of emotes and PNG Tubers are an exception, because it is for personal use.)♦ You have the rights to use the artwork on your social platforms as personal use (posting it, using it as your profile picture, forums etc. , print the artwork for personal purposes and share it with others.)♦ You have the choice to share the commission artwork with or without the commission watermark. So does IDerpyLuna.♦ You agree on never reproducing/using the artwork commercially without discussion. (I am allowed to decline the offer and if I accept, ask for a commercial fee.)♦COPYRIGHT♦

All prices shown are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, multiple characters with complex poses,
not being able to provide a good visual reference and having to change the concept completely, complex backgrounds and animals. A commission consists of lineart, coloring, shading and or text. It will always have my watermark on it and I will provide you with multiple versions.
These versions are primarily the original artwork and one with a commission watermark on top of it.You can still cancel before you pay for anything. Being on the waiting list is completely free and you can always change your mind before the sketching phase.
Throughout the process I will send you multiple updates for you to discuss and agree with. In the sketching phase everything can still be moved around and changed.
During the lineart phase only small changes can be made, everything after that cannot be changed for position, composition, character design, animal design, accessories and props.
- Unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
(If you still want to change something after the lineart phase, the bigger the change, the more the price increases.)
When I start working on the sketch (that will be paid by then), it can take up to 2 months to finish if I am really busy. (emotes are an exception, time periods may vary.) ✦ PAYMENT ✦
To be on the waiting list you do not have to pay.
The payments are in Euro. The transfers are done via iDeal paypal and everything that is supportable with Paypal.
You only pay when we both agree for me to start on the sketch.
At this stage the client can choose to pay 50% until the draft or the full price upfront.
I will only accept partial payment (50%) during the draft (sketch/lineart), but I will not finish it until it's fully paid!
